What does Tasse's do when performing an annual maintenance tune up on my system?

1. Brush and vacuum boiler/furnace, flue pipe, and hot water heater.

2. Inspect chimney for good ventilation.

3. Replace nozzles, filters. Clean or replace pump screens. Blow out oil line if needed to assure good oil flow.

4. Oil all motors and check circulators.

5. Check fan belts.

6. Check burner end cone, air tube, electrodes, burner fan and gate for dust and animal hair.

7. Clean and test cad cell for proper operation.

8. Check low water cut out. (steam system)

9. Check cad cell relay (stack relay) for proper lock out time (safety device).

10. Check thermostat for proper operation.

11. Check operating control for proper operation.

12. Check expansion tank for proper operation.

13. Check ignition transformer for ignition. Check all fittings on oil line to make sure no leaks are present.

14. Check high limit.

15. Inspect boiler for leaks.

16. Clean work area thoroughly.

17. Do complete efficiency test.

18. Check oil pump pressure.

19. Answer any customer questions.
