"A week ago, I closed on a small farm in Woodstock, CT. My fiancée and I look forward to the day when we can move there to become part of the community!

Accordingly, we felt it best to purchase a new furnace. (The old furnace was in need of repairs and was an oil/wood combination). As it turned out, the old furnace stopped functioning the day we closed on the property and we spent a couple of cold days!)

In order to purchase a new furnace, I was interested in a full service company and Tasse was recommended. However, I did plan to obtain several other quotes.

On Monday morning last week, Rich came to our new home to provide us with an estimate for a new furnace. I was so impressed with Rich's character and honesty, I told him to go ahead and get the new furnace in as soon as possible. (After meeting Rich, I realized that Tasse was exactly the type of company I want to have a long term relationship with!)

Rich knew that we were without heat and to my amazement, our existing furnace was temporarily repaired within hours. The next day the new furnace appeared. The Tasse gang worked tirelessly all day to make sure we had heat for the night. (During the installment, I had a chance to chat with Jerry and a number of the other folks on the Tasse installation team).

My initial gut feel was right! You folks have a great company and my fiancée and I are very grateful for your kindness and your prompt and urgent help. You can be sure Tasse will be our plumbing and heating company from here on in!
