"Tasse has been my one and only supplier of heating oil, heating services and heating equipment since we moved to Sturbridge in 1980. They have installed furnaces, heaters and an assortment of services.

One Sunday, we came home to find that we had no water. I called the Tasse emergency services number and had an instant contact and Roger came to my house within a short period‑even though it was Sunday.

He determined that my well pump (400' down) was not working and asked whether I wanted the repair made that day or during normal business hours. We scheduled the services for the following morning. The crew removed the 400 feet pumping, replaced the bad pump and water service was restored by 1 p.m. I think it is important to add that the temperature that morning was below zero degrees.

I have had occasions in the past when emergency services were needed and I have found that Tasse was always there whenever I had need for their services‑even at 2 a.m. in the morning when the furnace would not work.

We have friends that buy services and products (sold by Tasse) from wherever. When they have emergencies during the night or weekend, they have no one to call and often had to wait days in order to see a repairman.

I am very happy to have Tasse as my service provider. I have never had reason to consider anyone else for their package of services.
