Tasse’s Payment and Delivery/Service Terms:
- As an Insta-pay customer, you will automatically be charged the discounted price, also known as the “cash price,” when payments are made the next business day after delivery.
- You must maintain a credit card on file.
- First-time deliveries will be pre-authorized, deliveries after that will be charged to the credit card on file the following business day, and you will receive a copy of your payment receipt via email.
- In the event your Credit card declines, you will be notified and will have 10 days to make payment to receive the discounted/cash price.
- The delivery ticket will show both a cash price and a charge price. Our cash price is discounted $.10 a gallon.
- The Fuel Delivery ticket left at the delivery site is your invoice. You will also be emailed an invoice the following business day. The invoice price is the posted price on the day of delivery as printed on your delivery ticket.
- Customers can choose automatic or will-call delivery.
- Requests to be removed or added to automatic deliveries must be requested in writing to [email protected].
- A deposit is required before booking all service appointments; the percentage required is typically 50%; however, this will vary based on each estimated service.
- Once the completed service is billed out, any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file and a copy of the receipt and invoice will be emailed to you.
- Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added for balances over 30 days with a minimum charge of $.50.
- We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit cards.
- Accounts with balances over 30 days are in default, and Tasse Fuel Corp. has no obligation to make any further deliveries/services and may charge the credit card on file for services rendered.
